• Website/Platform: Any website, landing pages, learning platforms (including Kajabi), forms, email communication, and community spaces we operate (“Site” / “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1) ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Adri Geyer (Pty) Ltd provides coaching services, group programs, workshops and digital learning resources focused on mindset, capacity, time management, value-based earning and personal/professional growth.

All content is provided for educational purposes and does not create a professional-client relationship such as therapist/patient, doctor/patient, attorney/client or financial advisor/client.

2) ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SITE

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this Site or purchase services.

3) YOUR ACCOUNT & ACCESS

If you create a login/account (e.g., Kajabi access), you agree:

• to provide accurate information
• to keep your password private
• not to share your login with another person
• that access is for one person only, unless explicitly stated otherwise

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• payments fail or remain overdue content is shared or pirated
• abusive, disruptive, or harmful conduct occurs

4) PROGRAM RULES (PLATFORM + COMMUNITY)

Some programs include community access (Kajabi community, WhatsApp groups, group coaching calls).

You agree to:

• be respectful and professional
• keep group content confidential
• not screenshot, forward, or share other clients’ posts, voices, names or stories
• not post offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• not promote or sell services/products inside our community spaces without permission
  Removal from community

If you breach conduct rules, we may remove you immediately without refund.

5) DIGITAL CONTENT + REPLAYS

Some programs include:

• downloadable
• worksheets/templates
• recordings/replays of calls
• videos and written modules

You agree:

• content is for personal use only
• you may not record sessions without written permission
• you may not share, upload, republish, resell, reproduce or distribute any content

you may not use the content to create competing products or programs

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, tools, course material, frameworks, worksheets, videos, text, graphics, branding, and program designs are owned by Adri Geyer (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• copy or reproduce material
• create derivative works
• share access or distribute any portion of the material
• republish it on social media, websites, or platforms
• teach our material as your own

We reserve the right to pursue legal action where intellectual property is infringed.

7) PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways or merchants). We are not responsible for third-party payment provider outages or errors.

If a payment fails:

• access may be paused until payment is resolved
• continued non-payment may result in cancellation of access
• payment plan clients remain responsible for the full fee

8) REFUNDS

Refund rules (if any) are displayed in the specific offer details at purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final due to:

• immediate access to digital content
  reserved coaching time
• the nature of online program delivery

Where South African consumer law requires specific cancellation rights in certain circumstances, those will be honoured as required.

9) DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee results. Coaching and educational tools cannot promise outcomes such as:

• increased income
• business growth
• reduced burnout
• time freedom
• emotional improvements

personal transformation
Results depend on your situation, effort and implementation.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee typical results.

10) HEALTH + MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our content and coaching are not medical advice or psychological treatment.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Adri Geyer (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or consequences arising from:

• your reliance on content
• your decisions and actions
• website/platform downtime or technical issues
• any third-party tools used (Kajabi, Zoom, WhatsApp, payment providers, email providers)

Your use of this Site and our services is at your own risk.
