  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls: One-hour live coaching sessions every Tuesday at 08:30, 12:00, 16:00, or 20:00.You can choose the time that works best for you each week—no need to stick to the same slot. Sessions follow a structured curriculum and alternate between teaching and coaching. All sessions are recorded and available in the Learning Hub.
  • Exclusive Kick-Off Day – 23 July 2025 (08:30–16:00) Start strong with a full-day live event that introduces the Top 3 Tools you’ll use throughout the year. This session sets you up for success from Day
  • Proven Tools & Frameworks: You’ll get access to science-backed strategies designed to support real, lasting change.
