"I learned what my priorities in life really are"

"The greatest benefit is how my mindset has changed about facing problems in life. Another is on motivation.
What I thought my top three priorities were was in actual fact quite wrong. One of the most valuable lessons was learning what my priorities in life really are. And this is the root of all motivation. Sometimes you need to do things you don’t particularly care for, but it enables you to fulfill your priorities. Instead of “I hate doing this”, it changes to “it enables me to…”
Another beautiful insight I have gained is how everything in life is already balanced. A person, a situation, life in the bigger sense - it’s all already balanced. You just need to teach yourself to see it.
Problems also don’t seem so, well, problematic to me. If you have a problem, think of every single possible solution. Because often the solution is “all of the above”. And then just get on with it."
